Oakland Residence 1992

After the 1991 firestorm our company was contracted to reconstruct homes. The back of this Tudor style home shows the scope and size of the location. Our company started with demolition and fire debris removal, and built this home from the ground up, including all interior rooms and exterior trim.

Front View

This front view of the Oakland home shows the trim detail and the special windows. The lot is on a slope and the front of the house steps down from the street. We worked with the homeowner, ordering the special items that gave this property its unique personality.

Framing Stage

This is the framing stage of the Oakland Hills Residence with the scaffolding in place. There was heavy construction in the area at that time, and this particular aspect of the house can no longer be seen as other structures that were burned have now been rebuilt.
