This home had been neglected for many years. The photo shows broken windows, moss and algae on the brick walkway, rotting roof and eaves, and a need of paint. It had a badly damaged interior as well, and our crews did a complete restoration inside and out.

The home has been restored to its former beauty. Brick walkways have been pressure washed and the exterior has been painted. The wood roof trim and eaves have been replaced with new material matching the design of the original building. Windows have been replaced. The interior has also been restored with refinished hardwood floors, painting and plumbing repairs and upgrades, and new appliances.
